Data we process

We process the data you provide when requesting a service through the contact form, by phone or via WhatsApp: name, phone number and the information you include in your message (for example, a description of the fault and your area of Barcelona). Likewise, with your consent, browsing data is processed for analytics purposes (see the Cookie policy).

We do not request special categories of data. This website is not directed at children under 14 years of age.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• To handle your service request and put you in contact with the professional who will carry out the work. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To analyse website usage in aggregate form in order to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• To ensure the security and correct functioning of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data recipients

In order to provide the service, your contact details and the description of your request are shared with the collaborating professional who will carry out the work, exclusively for that purpose.

In addition, we use providers acting as data processors: web hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), form automation (Make — Celonis SE), telephony (Zadarma) and messaging tools for the internal management of requests. With your consent, Google Ireland Ltd. processes browsing data for analytics purposes (Google Analytics 4). Plausible analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, EU) does not use cookies or personal identifiers.

International transfers

Some providers (Google LLC, Cloudflare, Inc.) are located in the United States and are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European Commission's decision.

Retention period

Request data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for longer. The cookie consent preference is kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@fontaneroya.es, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data, including encryption of communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to request information.
